We are consolidating our business in one location, 911 Moraga Rd #101 in Lafayette. We know this is a huge change for many of you, who have been coming to Avenue Family Practice on Piedmont Avenue for 35 years. However, by reducing their commute and eliminating the "dance" of managing 2 locations the doctors will have more time to devote to patient care.
We hope all of our east bay patients will decide to make the short drive or BART ride to Lafayette. We are a short (10-15 minute) walk or bus ride from BART. We offer FREE parking, a spacious and comfortable office and the same great team of assistants and providers. We will of course facilitate the transfer of your records to a new provider if you choose.
